Moral: never judge anything a person does because maybe they do it for a reason

"I suffer from OCD, Tourette's, ADHD and depression." Either the universe or the YouTube algorithm KNEW that I needed to see this video because I've struggled with those exact things all my life. Thank you so much for talking about it. I've never seen an influencer be so vulnerable about how much havoc OCD can wreak on our minds, relationships, and lives.

I would like to apologize. At one point I thought you were a mindless influencer. And while I might not like your content. I respect the struggle you went/go through.

I appreciate her for doing this. I’m not a Lele fan but I love how she’s stripped down, honest and raw and the second episode is about having a gay father.

Honestly, I was one of those people that hated Lele Pons for no reason. Yeah, I might not like her content, but I also dislike the content of SO many people and I just don’t watch it and move on. I’m extremely sorry for being part of the people that bullied her. Right now I might dislike her content, but I support and love the woman that she is! I Love you Lele ❤️

And then there are girls at school like “omg i have ocd lol i have to be so clean lol yeah. No i wasn’t diagnosed i just like know you know lollll”. I makes me so mad that people actually struggle with this and people act like they have mental health issues. People need to realize that OCD is definitely not a joke as you can see.

Yep... OCD is largely seen as a quirk, or an inconvenience. In severe cases, it can substantially inhibit one's ability to:

I never really watched your content because I feel like I’m not the target audience and that’s okay, but I clicked on this video cuz I have ocd too and thought it’d be interesting to hear someone who’s successful in their field experience w it

I feel awful for falling into step of thinking of the name “Lele Pons” and immediately dehumanizing her. Coming from someone who also struggles with OCD, I hear you Lele, and I’m proud of what you’ve overcome. Instead of scoffing at a new branded Lele Pons project, I will view it as a victory for you. Thank you for sharing your story, Lele.

I’m actually mad that people think OCD is just wanting everything perfect and Its no big deal and can be sorted out..

I’m not a fan of her content, and I even saw this title thinking it was going to be another video making fun of OCD, but she really put herself out there and wanted to educate others and I respect that. I don’t have OCD, but I have anxiety with powerful obsessive thoughts. If I had rituals it would be OCD. I empathize. It’s incredibly difficult.
